Nice room, staff let it down
Great room, bed and view.
Staff at reception should be more interested when a guest walks past the desk, they are the soul of the lobby, we were never looked at or greeted, we had to greet first to get any response. Everybody was always on the computer, looking at the screen or talking to each other. This was not a five star welcome or guest service.
Also this survey could use improvement. I just got one from Piolets Park and Spa and that looked much more professional.
